Sorry, but this is a dumb question - getting an RSS feed from this site

Can someone help me explain this process to new members please? As I'm an administrator I see the page differently to other users.

It would be really useful for one of you more 'techy' types to explain to us how this is done ? I know that if you reply to a discussion or blog you automatically get updates, maybe that's all you need to do?

RSS stands for "really simple syndication", a format for distributing information from a blog or website which people can subscribe to with 'newsreader' software on the web or on their computer. Another similar format is called 'atom', but RSS is becoming a generic term for referring to all types of web syndication. Together with blogs, RSS feeds are rapidly replacing email newsgroups as prominent forms of digital communication.
