Looking for images or descriptions of fabulous feedback solutions

We are working with architects right now to design new gallery spaces to display and share materials with visitors. We have asked for a feedback zone to be designed into the gallery spaces and are seeking images or descriptions of feedback zones that have proved effective. Please share what you are doing, what you have seen elsewhere and any thoughts about what works especially well. We are especially interested in feedback zones in museums spaces that are aimed at adult audiences, but all are nost appreciated.
