Sorry, but this is a dumb question - getting an RSS feed from this site

Can someone help me explain this process to new members please? As I'm an administrator I see the page differently to other users. It would be really useful for one of you more 'techy' types to explain to us how this is done ? I know that if you reply to a discussion or blog you automatically get updates, maybe that's all you need to do? Any assistance gratefully received. Continue

Here's the list of Australia's top web apps compiled by Ross Dawson - note that our own Seb and Powerhouse makes the list! How many social networking sites do you need to be part of??
