The idea of using a wiki to add depth/context/commentary on a curatorial label within an exhibit. This takes visitor card comments one step further into a digital format at the location of the object or interpretive text.
I have no experience with this but wonder if anyone has seen wiki-labels or texts?
For museums who want to learn more about engaging with the Wikimedia projects and editors (such as Wikipedia), and vice versa!
This group discuss issues related to museums and the use of new technologies. Doctoral students from different fields gather together to share their interests and points of view.
