sorry for being so late to answer. I would recommend you to visit the "Musée de cluny". It is a beautifu building where you can see MA tapestries. If ever you come in Paris, contact me and i will help you for your research.
I haven't really done alot of research about them, but i've read some books. They're fairly wellknown by local WWII enthusiasts, never the less, you don't have to stray far from the historical community to meet people who have never heard about them. A interresting sidenote is that the fighter sqn.s 331 and 332 was, after suffering heavy casulties after the D-Day, reinforced with kiwis :)
